PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a rotor unit and to integrate it by mounting a high frequency power source in a casing on a trestle of the rotor coupled with a motor to drive the motor and to cool the rotor and the power source by a common cooler. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency power source 2 is provided in a casing 1 on a trestle 5, and a motor 4 is energized by a high frequency power source cable 6. A rotor 8 is driven by a motor 4. The source 2, the motor 4 and the rotor 8 are cooled by a cooled fan 7 provided in the casing. The coil of a coolant pipe may be provided in the casing instead of the fan 7. Thus, the rotor unit is integrated to reduce the size. |
