The solution of the strongly acidic substance is thus brought into contact with raw peeled cuttlefish, part participating in browning reaction is eluted, or deactivated, hindered, so that the browning reaction occurring from aging to drying can be prevented, and head and body parts of cuttlefish and sliced cuttlefish can be obtained.
