PURPOSE:To switch automatically modes by collating periodically a day-and- night mode switching information setting memory with time information and switching the day-and-night mode upon coincidence. CONSTITUTION:When the command of day-and-night mode switching information is inputted through a maintenance typewriter TYP, an exchange analyzes the command and sets a switching mode type and a switching time in a memory. When the exchange scans periodically a registration request area to reach a request time in a timer control program, said exchange activates a day-and- night mode switching control program and then a nighttime switching relay NK of a nighttime switching circuit NTSW, and connects directly a trunk line to a nighttime receiving telephone set NTTEL. When the time to be switched from nighttime mode to daytime mode comes, said relay NK is returned to connect the orginal trunk line to a trunk line trunk COBWT. |
