<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the electromagnet device having stabilized core position by a method wherein a center pole part is formed using one end of a yoke, and an opposing pole part is formed by bifurcating one end of the core. CONSTITUTION:The yoke 2 of an electromagnet block 1 has rising parts 2b and 8a on both ends of a flat section 2a, and a rising part 8a forms a center pole part. A core 3, whereon a coil 4 is wound around, is press-inserted in the rising part 2b, and both ends of the bifurcated piece 9 of plane U-shaped type, which is press-inserted and fixed on the free end of the core 3, form opposing pole parts 8b and 8c. The ends on the same side of both magnetic pieces 6 are positioned at both ends in the direction of magnetization of a permanent magnet 7 by an armature block 5, and the ends on other side of both magnetic pieces 6 are joined together in such a manner that they are inserted into the two gaps formed by a center pole part and opposing pole parts 8b and 8c. When the direction of current to be applied to the coil 4 is changed, the armature block 5 moves to the right and left directions as shown by an arrow in the diagram.</p> |
