PURPOSE:To control the speed with one counter by outputting a speed control signal in response to the differential period between the period of a rotary pulse and a reference period from the one counter for counting the clock pulse of a high frequency. CONSTITUTION:A rotary pulse signal output from a rotating speed detector 1 is converted by a trigger generator into a trigger signal. A reference period generating counter 7 of accelerating/decelerating pulse generator 4 counts clock pulses from a reference signal generator 8 to generate the prescribed reference period. Then, it outputs an accelerating or decelerating pulse in response to the difference between the period of the trigger signal and the reference period. A charge pump 12 applies a speed deviation voltage in response to the accelerating or decelerating pulse to a drive circuit 20. |
