发明名称 TWO-STAGE EJECTOR MOLD
摘要 PURPOSE:To constitute the titled mold so that damage is not generated on a shape and the size of a molded article, by a method wherein an upper stage of an ejector plate is connected with a tension link interlocked with a mold breaking mechanism and a lower stage of the ejector plate connected unitarily with an ejector pin is connected with an ejector rod moving forward after mold break. CONSTITUTION:Mold break is started from a state of mold clamp and at the same time ejection of a first stage is performed through a tension link 14 connecting a cavity plate 2 and an upper stage 5 of an ejector plate with each other. In this instance, a lower stage 6 of the ejector plate is interlocked with the upper stage 5 of the ejector plate through a stop bolt 13. Then a second stage ejection is completed by pushing up the lower stage 6 of the ejector plate by an ejector rod 12. As there is no deviation at all in movement between the lower stage and upper stage of the ejector plate resulting from shock of the ejector rod, which was a defect of conventional method of two-stage ejection, at the time of pushing up of the upper stage 5 of the ejector plate by the tension link 14 simultaneously with mold break, therefore, a molded article obtained does not have a depression, deformation and breakdown and is an ideal two-stage ejector mold which has fulfilled completely a target of two-stage ejection.
