<p>PURPOSE:To enable to easily obtain the matching of the spring load of the working spring of an access mechanism and the attracting force of a magnet by a method wherein one of opposing pole parts is made asymmetrized by notching it in the desired size. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnet block 1 and an armature block 5 are assembled in such a manner that the ends of other side of both magnetic pieces 6 and 6 of the armature block are inserted into the two gaps formed by the center pole part 8a of the electromagnetic block 1 and opposing pole parts 8b and 8c, and the armature block 5 can be moved in the right and left directions by changing the direction of current applied to a coil 4. As the opposing pole part 8c of one end of the yoke 2 in the electromagnet device is notched, the pole part 8c is made asymmetrical with the other opposing pole part 8b. As a result, the attracting force in forward and reverse directions is unbalanced, and the notching of attracting force of the spring load magnet of the working spring of a contact mechanism can be made easily when the above-mentioned electromagnet device is used for a polarized relay.</p> |
