PURPOSE:To accurately control the flow rate with high operating speed by resetting the counted value of an incremental/decremental counter to the initial value of the prescribed value larger than the necessary pulse to displace an enclosure at the maximum stroke length. CONSTITUTION:When a reset pulse is generated by a switch 61 of a resetter 30, the contents of latch circuits 13A, 13B become zero, and the counted values of the first to the third counters 15A-15C are set to the maximum value (4,095). A drive circuit 40 outputs a reverse drive pulse signal (r) to reversely drive a pulse motor. An enclosure arrives at the fully-closed position until the number of reverse drive pulse (r) arrives at 4,095. After the enclosure arrives at the fully- closed position, even if the pulse (r) is fed, the motor cannot rotate. Accordingly, it becomes the state stopped at the reference rotating position. When 4,095 pulses are output, the counted value of the counter becomes zero equal to the content of the latch circuit. |
