Novel compounds of the formula


wherein a, b, and care independently 0 or 1, R1 to R7 are independently H or C1-6 alkyl and R7 is as herein defined, isomers and salts thereof, are useful in cosmetic or pharmaceutical preparations in the treatment of dermatological complaints connected with a keratinisation disorder, dermatological complaints having an inflammatory and/or immuno-alleric component or ophthalmological complaints.
