PURPOSE:To enable lubricating oil to be always stably fed to a slide part, such as main bearings, by a method wherein an upper oil reservoir, stowing the lubricating oil, is formed in a hollow part for an oil pump, and a feed oil hole is communicated with the upper oil reservoir. CONSTITUTION:With a rotary shat 4 rotated, a spiral blade 24 is rotated along therewith, and the lower end of the blade rakes up lubricating oil in an oil reservoir at the bottom. The lubricating oil is conveyed through the upper end of an oil cylinder 23 and a pore 25 in an upper oil reservoir 21 for storage. This, even if the pumping function of an oil pump 20 is deteriorated occasioned by the operating condition of a compressor body and an amount of the lubricating oil pumped up from the oil reservoir at the bottom is decreased, enables the lubricating oil stowed in the upper oil reservoir 21 to be fed to a main bearing 8 through a main bearing feed oil hole 15, resulting in prevention of the occurrence of dragging at each slide part such as the main bearing 8. |
