PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a near-infrared-ray spectrophotometer, by providing a shutter between a light source and a dispersing piece, and making the effect of radiant heat minimum. CONSTITUTION:Light from a light source 1 is dispersed by a dispersing piece 4 in a spectroscope 2 and made to be monochromatic light. The light is divided into a sample luminous flux S and a contrast luminous flux R by a rotary reflecting mirror 6. The luminous flux S is inputted to a light detector 10 through reflecting mirrors 7, 16 and 17. The luminous flux R is inputted to the light detector 10 through reflecting mirrors 14, 15, 18 and 19. A mask 11 is provided between the light source 1 and the dispersing piece 4. It is recommonded that the mask 11 is provided directly before or after a slit 3. The temperature of the mask 11 is increased in comparison with the ambient temperature. The radiant heat from the mask 11 is dispersed by the dispersing piece 4 and becomes a weak signal. The signals are divided into the sample luminous flux S and the contrast luminous flux R. Thus the effect of the radiant heat is suppressed, and the accuracy of the near-infrared-ray spectrophotometer is improved. |
