PURPOSE:To prevent disturbance due to the movement of fuel and to make the recording of the changing rate of a liquid surface accurate, by recording the change in liquid surface after a specified time has passed from the time when the surface of the fuel in a measuring tank reached a high level and a fueling valve was closed. CONSTITUTION:When the surface of fuel in a measuring tank is lowered and an approaching movement switch 23 reaches a fixed upper approach switch 24, a fueling valve 15 is opened by a fueling valve controller 16. When the liquid surface rises, a float 21 rises and the switch 23 reaches a fixed lower approach switch 25, the fueling valve 15 is closed. A rotary pulse meter 26 is provided on a pulley 22, through which a wire for connecting the float 21 and the switch 23 is hooked. The recording of the liquid surface by the rotary pulse meter 26 is started after a specified time has passed from the time when the fueling valve 15 was closed. Instead of the float 21, the rotary pulse meter 26 and the like, a pressure measuring device is provided at the lower part of the measuring tank, and the change in liquid amount can be measured. |
