PURPOSE:To change easily yarn number count and to obtain yarn, slub yarn, etc. varying periodically, by driving back rollers and a front roller of a spinning machine by separated motors, controlling revolutions independently. CONSTITUTION:In a spinning machine (especially fine spinning frame), the spindle 2 is connected to the shaft 12 rotated and driven by the motor 4, and connected via the change gear 11 to either the front roller 5 or the back rollers 8 and 9 (the figure shows, to the front roller 5). The other roller (the figure shows, to the back rollers 8 and 9) is driven by another motor 7, which is rotated and controlled independent of the motor 4. Changing speed of the change speed gear 11 is carried out by the servomotor 20. |
