PURPOSE:A resin composition excellent in secondary process-ability (coatability, hot stampability, etc.), thermal cycling property and falling-ball impact strength of a weld, comprising a polyolefin and an epoxy group-containing olefin copolymer. CONSTITUTION:99.9-50wt% polyolefin (e.g., polypropylene) is kneaded with 0.1- 50pts.wt. epoxy group-containing olefin copolymer (e.g., ethylene/glycidyl methacrylate copolymer) by means of a Bambury mixer, extruder, or the like. Said epoxy group-containing olefin copolymer may contain at most about 50wt%, based on the total composition, ethylenically unsaturated monomer (e.g., vinyl acetate) component in addition to said olefin component and said epoxy group- containing compound component. |
