PURPOSE:To smooth the turning of a stop presetting ring by receiving the energizing force through a change-over pin by the change-over pin receiver and weakening the force in which the lower part of the change-over pin contacts to the outer circumference of the fixed ring, even when the energizing force of the coil spring is too strong. CONSTITUTION:When a main body part 21 of a change-over button 20 is pressured with a strong force by the energizing force of a coil spring 34 and a click spring 4, a change-over pin receiver 27 is descended together with the main body part 21, a pressuring part 29a pressures a click ball 5, the upper part is buried into a ball hole 3 and the click stop is released. Thus, a stop presetting ring 7 can be turned. At such a case, even when the energizing force of the coil spring 34 is strong, the change-over pin receiver 27 receives the energizing force through a change-over pin 30, and prevents that the lower part of the change-over pin 30 strongly abuts with an outer circumference surface 1b of a fixed ring 1. Thus, the smoothness of the turning of the stop presetting ring 7 can not be prevented.
