A ski edge grinding appliance has in the usual way a holding surface (1) for a grinding element (2) and a guiding surface (3) arranged at an angle thereto. In addition, an adjusting device is provided for the angle between these two surfaces, in order thus to be able to set the grinding angle for the edges of the ski. Alternatively or in addition, an adjusting device may be provided for the effective grinding width of the respective grinding element (2).
