It comprises a control pedal (2), a pneumatic unit (1a, 1b), a hand piece (3) and a receptacle (21) containing powder. The unit (1a, 1b) contains a first clamp (17, 22; 25, 26, 27) closing a flexible tube (21) supplying the hand piece (3) with water, and a second clamp (17', 22'; 25', 26', 27') closing a flexible tube (31) connecting the powder receptacle (29) to the hand piece (3). This unit (1a, 1b) further comprises a closure member (38 to 43) of a conduit (34) supplying air to the powder receptacle (29). The first clamp is controlled pneumatically by a first closure member (6' to 15') of the pedal (2), whereas the second clamp, as well as the member for closing the unit is controlled pneumatically by a second closure member (6 to 15) of the pedal (2). <IMAGE>
