PURPOSE:To cause an ignition device to always stably and surely work, by providing a means for detecting the temperature of a medium and high voltage power supply, to decrease the revolution speed of an engine depending on the detected temperature. CONSTITUTION:Spark discharge is caused on a spark plug 5 by an ignition device 3 and an ignition coil 4. A circuit for putting a DC/DC converter 400 out of operation is made of a comparator 81, resistors 63-65 and an F-V voltage V6. The circuit is provided with a temperature-related property by the actions of diodes 100-102 to decrease a converter operation stoppage rotational frequency as the temperature of the DC/DC converter rises. The heating of a power transistor 84 is thus reduced to cause the ignition device to always stably and surely work. |
