PURPOSE:To reduce the measuring time with reduction in measuring errors due to a light source, by measuring a short-circuit of a calibration cell set within the same light irradiation surface synthesizing the measurement of photocurrent in a cell to be measured to calculate and correct a discrepancy in a quantity of light. CONSTITUTION:A calibration cell 6 with the known short-circuit current for the prescribed quantity of light is set in the same light irradiation surface as a cell 1 to be measured to measure the short-circuit current of the calibration cell 6 synchronizing the measurement of the cell 1 being measured with a shunt resistance 8 and a voltometer 7. Then, measured values of the voltometers 3 and 4 are both inputted into a computer to calculate a correction value for the quantity of light from the measured voltage of the voltometer 7. Thus, the current value after the correction at measuring points is determined from the output characteristic from measured voltage value of voltometers 3 and 4. |
