<p>PURPOSE:To recover and regenerate an acid in a spinning bath for rayon and staple fibers, by using exhaust steam from a steam turbine provided for driving a steam compressor in a driving source for steam booster of a salt cake vacuum crystallizer and heat source for a bath heater for spinning bath acid with saved energy. CONSTITUTION:In mechanical compression type evaporation and concentration for recovering and regenerating acid of a spinning bath for rayon and staple fibers, the acid of the spinning bath for the rayon and staple fibers is partially fed to an evaporator 1, evaporated, concentrated, and then fed to a vacuum crystallizer 5 for depositing salt cake to separate the deposited crystals for recovery and reuse. In the process, a steam turbine 3 is drivably connected with a motor 4 for driving a mechanical compressor 2 for compressing the steam generated from the evaporator 1 and utilizing the compressed steam as a heat source for the evaporator 1, and an exhaust steam of the steam fed thereto is used as a driving source for a steam booster 6 for the salt cake vacuum crystallizer 5 and/or heat source for a bath heater 7 for acid of the spinning bath.</p> |
