PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of speed control by detecting a real moving speed in a prescribed zone of machine equipment and finding out a compensating variable on the basis of the detected speed to compensate a control variable in the succeeding zone. CONSTITUTION:When the position control of machine equipment 1 is started, the position is measured by a counter 6 and compared with a reference obtained from a detecting circuit 11 by a detecting circuit 7 and the succeeding control variable Vn+1 is obtained by a function generator 8 on the basis of the deviation between both the values. A timing signal obtained by a detecting circuit 11 is sent to a memory circuit 14, a forecasted time DELTATn is read out on the basis of the timing signal and sent to a detecting circuit 15 and a time actually required for the movement in the zone n is measured by a measuring device 13 in each timing signal and sent to a detecting circuit to find out the difference between both the time values. A compensating variable Vc is found out by operating a compensating circuit 16 and added/subtracted to the set speed Vn+1 obtained from a control output circuit 9 to obtain a control variable V(n+1)c. Thus, a motor 2 is driven through a control device. |
