The invention concerns a method for the exploitation of resources in the ventilation air from a block of flats. The ventilation air from the dwellings, which has raised content of carbon dioxide as a result of people in the dwellings breathing, is passed to a cultivation space in a conservatory placed at the top of the building, while the ventilation air from the conservatory's cultivation space, which, because of assimilation by the plants in the cultivation space, has a raised oxygen content, is passed to the dwellings in a circulation system. In this way, the carbon dioxide exhaled in breathing is used to advantage by the plants in the cultivation space, at the same time as the oxygen produced by the plants is used to advantage by the people in the dwellings, so that the energy released by the plants in the cultivation space by photosynthesis is exploited directly.<IMAGE> |
