摘要

Apovincaminic acid esters of the general formula (I> (wherein R<1> and R<2> independently represent alkyl groups having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms) may be prepared by reacting a hydroxyamino-E-homo- eburnane of the general formula (II> (wherein R<1> and R<2> are as defined above) or an acid addition salt thereof with an organic sulfonic acid, in an aprotic organic solvent. The compounds of the general formula (I) are useful pharmaceuticals.
