PURPOSE:To enable a device to be fed to be inched and held in position, by turning a rotor, when the power is made, by means of said rotor having many teeth and attached along the circumference of a handle frame and a stator having a plurality of exciting parts and located along and outside of the circumference of said rotor. CONSTITUTION:When exciting parts 11 on stator 10 side are electrified, magnetic flux of permanent magnets 15 and the same of electromagnets 16 are adjusted and the stabilized position between inductor teeth 17b on stator 10 side and teeth 7 on rotor 8 side is shifted in turn. Accordingly, the rotor 8 turns by a predetermined angle, and a handle frame 6 follows this turn, while transmitting this turn to a feed shaft, thus realizing inching and fast feed of a mobile table. Further, the rotor 8 comes is stationary state by keeping balance of magnetic forces at respective poles 17a of exciting cores 17 of respective electromagnets at the time of power supply, and rotating of the rotor 8 is restricted by holding force corresponding to the intensity of exciting power possessed by exciting parts 11 of the stator 10. |
