PURPOSE:To make both enhancement of productivity and maintenance of part quality owing to automation practicable according to a method wherein parts are automatically stuck on a machining disc in a constant posture and at a constant interval and all parts are turned over after surface processing without changing their posture and mutual distance. CONSTITUTION:Each of unfinished thin parts 5 is positioned one affer another by means of adsorptive chuck 8, 9 at a position regulation unit 10 situated on the way of process, thereafter all of them are stuck on a machining disc 13, while being indexed at a constant interval and machined on its upper face with polishing whetstone 14. Then, the machining disc is turned over, piled on a jig 15 in one pair, immersed in a container 18 filled with solvent 17, and heated in the solvent. The parts 5 are separated from the surface of the machining disc and housed in the recess of the jig. Next, jigs housing those parts in their recesses are piled up one after another up to a certain assiged number of layer, in the state of just separated from the disc, and attached to metal fitting 20, cleaned and dried. Parts 5 obtained by one sheet of jig 15 positioned on the similar index board 21 are stuck sequential onto the machining disk 13 and not yet machined surfaces facing upward shall be machined by whetstone 14. |
