摘要 |
PURPOSE:To increase the degree of operation of a reactor and a manufacturing process of gaseous raw material by bringing the preheated gaseous raw material into contact with a catalytic layer incorporated in a preset reactor to subject it partially to the exothermic catalytic conversion reaction and thereafter feeding the obtained mixture to a main reactor to complete the reaction. CONSTITUTION:Gaseous raw material is fed to a heat exchanger H-2 through a pipe 1 and herein heat-exchanged with the gas which is fed through a pipe 31 from a main reactor R-2 after the finish of conversion reaction and preheated at the temp. necessary for being fed to a preset reactor R-1. The gaseous raw material after the finish of preheating is sent to the preset reactor R-1 through a pipe 12 and the initial reaction is performed in case of passing through a catalytic layer C-1. After it is cooled at the required temp., the gas fed to the space 108 of the central part of the main reactor R-2 is fluidized through a cylindrical catalytic layer C-2 in the radius direction to the outside from the central part and thereby the converting reaction is finished. |
