PURPOSE:To simplify the processing method relating to the call signal transmission information and at the same time increasing the processing capacity, by decentralizing a part of the control function regarding the call signal transmission information of a central processor and increasing a small amount of hardware. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming is given, the transmitted information is registered to an FF5 corresponding to a subscriber through a call signal transmission information line 12 and by a central processor. At the same time, the selection information on the pulse signal is written into a pulse signal selecting circuit 11 through a pulse signal selection information line 12. As a result, the registered output of the circuit 5 and the selected pulse signal of the circuit 11 are supplied to a driver circuit 10 to obtain an output at the circuit 10 in accordance with the selected pulse signal.
