PURPOSE:To elevate the accuracy and efficiency in bend work by positioning a mobile clamp corresponding to the bend quantity existed between both pins together with providing a mobile clamp having two supporting pins. CONSTITUTION:A fixed clamp 5 is fixed on a fixed base 6 and a mobile clamp 4 is supported by a mobile body Y 15 together with the rotary body 4a having supporting pins 2, 3. The mobile body Y 15 is fitted to the mobile base X 14 supported by the guide 12 for X movement. A part of a line body is clamped by a fixing clamp 5 and the part which is bent by the previous work is passed through between the supporting pins 2, 3 of the mobile clamp 4 to rotate the clamp 4 and clamped. The positioning of the clamp 4 is then performed in accordance with the bend quantity of the line body 1 located between the pins 2, 3 due to the rotation force and the bend work is performed. By performing this work in succession the bend work having high accuracy and high efficiency is enabled without using dies. |
