3-(4-Piperidinyl)-1,2-benzisoxazole and derivs. of formula (I) and their aid-addn. sats are new. (R is H, 1-7C alkyl, 3-7C alkenyl, (3-1C) cycloalkyl-(1-7C)-alkyl, Ph-(1-7C) alkyl, OH, di-(1-7C) alkylamino-(1-7C) alkyl, CN, CH2CN, PhCOO or R1CO; R1 is H, 1-7C alkyl or OR2; R2 is Ph or PhCH2; X is H, 1-7C alkyl, 1-7C alkoxy, halogen or OH; and m is 1 or 2). - (I) are analgesics. Dose is 0.01-100 mg/kg daily. - 33 Cpds.
