<p>A punch mechanism (19) is movable towards a lower pocket mechanism (12) for fixing a first fastener part (A) to a pocket-held second part (B) with a web between them. The first part is supported by an upper pocket mechanism (11) coupled to a safety mechanism. The fastener parts are stored in a feeder (16) having two hoppers (105,106). The parts are removed from the hoppers by two rectilinearly movable pick-ups, which also feed the parts to their respective pocket mechanisms.</p> |
