PURPOSE:To transmit high definition TV broadcasting through binary transmission channel and to obtain mutual exchangeability with a usual TV method by transmitting odd number scanning line signal of high definition TV image by a piece of satellite broadcasting channel SC, by transmitting even number scanning signal by a piece of ground broadcasting channel GC, and by reproducing high definition TV image synthesizing in an image receiving device. CONSTITUTION:SC signal and GC signal are inputted in a detecting circuit 5 which detects the difference of time of a vertical synchronous pulse, and the detecting circuit 5 controls the delayed time of a variable delay circuit 6 which allow to delay the GC signal. The delayed GC signal (GCD signal) synchronized with SC outputted from the detecting circuit 6 is inputted in a signal processing circuit 7 together with SC signal, the color signal output from the circuit 7 is inputted in a cathode-ray tube 8, and a voice signal output similarly is inputted in a speaker 9. |
