PURPOSE:To record still picture without almost any restriction of number of revolution of rotary head by accumulating the still pictures within a TV camera by a shutter and by reading and recording still picture signals in a proper scanning speed by output of an encoder detecting speed in addition to position of rotary head. CONSTITUTION:When a sensor switch 12 detects shutter chance, a shutter 1b actuates based on control of a controller 11, and at the same time when still picture is picked up, the 1st and 2nd power sources 8, 9 are controlled, then an electric source is supplied to recording circuit 2, a driving motor 5 and a feed- motor 6. Scanning signal start is synchronized with a rotary head 3, and scanning speed is decided corresponding to rotation speed detected by a encoder 7 to record picture signal for a portion of one field in similar position as the conventional helical scan method. Soon after a picture signal for 1 frame's portion is recorded on the record track of tape 4, the 1st and 2nd power sources 8, 9 are switched off to be put them back to stand-by condition. |
