PURPOSE:To form a plastic outer-fitted cell easily, by fixing an elementary cell with a thermally contractive tube and thereafter, inserting it in a metal mold worked beforehand to be a desired shape wherein plastic solution is injected. CONSTITUTION:An elementary cell is formed by laminating a positive electrode charge collector 1, a positive electrode black mix 2 having manganese dioxide as the main component, a separator 3, a negative electrode active material 4 made of a zinc plate and a negative electrode terminal plate 5 and is fixed with a thermally contractive tube 6 arranged surrounding it. Then, it is inserted in a metal mold worked beforehand to be a required shape in which plastic liquidized by heat is injected and thereby, a plastic outer fitting 10 is formed surrounding it. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a plastic outer-fitted cell with an arbitrary shape much easily and besides economically. |
