<p>PURPOSE:To mold a double pipe of which the inner and outer layers are not delaminated, by a mold having such a simple structure that the resin for the inner layer supplied to a resin passage and the resin for the outer layer extruded to the resin passage from the slit for the outer layer are simultaneously extruded to mold the double pipe. CONSTITUTION:A resin supply passage 6, through which a resin for an outer layer is supplied, is formed to the outside of a resin passage 3 through which a resin 2 for an inner layer is extruded and the the slit 7 for the outer layer 7 is formed between the resin supply passage 6 and the entire outer peripheral surface of the resin passage 3. The slit 7 is divided into plural sections by partition ribs 8 and each rib 8 is formed so that the source side thereof in the flow direction of the resin 2 has a narrow part 9 and the opposite side thereof with respect to the source has a wide part 10 and both parts get in between the resins for the inner and outer layers as an anchor part 13 and a wedge part 14.</p> |
