PURPOSE:To enable a user of a terminal equipment to receive a proper message according to the operating state of a computer, by transmitting the prescribed message information to a specific terminal equipment in a fixed cycle via a communication circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a message is transmitted to a terminal equipment from a message equipment, an operator of the message equipment supplies the designating information on the terminal equipment of a message receiver, the message and the designating information on the start of message transmission respectively. The designating information on the terminal equipment set by a receiver setting circuit 29 is supplied to a switch circuit 23, and the corresponding signal route is cut off and then connected to the corresponding signal conversion circuits 24-1-24-N. Then the message information is read out and converted into a telegram, and the information on the receiver is read out. The telegram is sent to the allocated circuits 24-1-24-N respectively. The signal conversion is carried out between a communication control circuit 25 and circuits 24-1-24-N or between the circuit 25 and the circuit 23. Thus the message is sent to a terminal equipment that designated the message equipment. |
