PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of stirring and mixing for a soil stabilizer and soil to be improved by turning the excavating blade and mortar injection pipe of reversing type stirring bit in the same direction and also turning a stirring blade in the opposite direction. CONSTITUTION:A base machine is set in a given place, its stirring shaft is turned by rotation of a stirring driver and given excavation and drawing works are conducted by an excavating blade 13 provided at the tip of the machine. The rotation force of the main shaft 11 is transmitted through an intermediate bevel gear 17 from the upper bevel gear 16 to the lower bevel gear 19 and an auxiliary shaft 18 fixed to the lower bevel gear 19 is turned in the opposite direction. Accordingly, a stirring blade 20 fixed to the auxiliary shaft 18 is turned in the same direction as the auxiliary shaft 18. In short, the excavating blade 13 at the tip and a cement mortar injection pipe 14 turn in a direction opposite to that of the stirring blade 20. Thus, a stabilizer jetted from the cement mortar injection pipe 14 and soil to be improved are sufficiently stirred and mixed together. |
