摘要 PURPOSE:To accomplish smooth departure with good fuel consumption efficiency and at a low engine rotating speed by changing the magnitude of exciting current in proportion to a change rate of the actual rotating speed of an engine. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic powder type solenoid clutch is controlled by a control formula including a term for changing exciting current Icl of an exciting coil in proportion to a change rate of the actual rotating speed Ne of an engine or a change rate dl/dt of a deviation (e) between the actual rotating speed and a target sheet rotating speed Nl. Thus, pulsation of the engine at the time of engaging a solenoid clutch can be restrained, so that in spite of low engine meet rotating speed at the time of departure of a car, the smooth departure can be accomplished.
