The packaging is comprised of a tight container (1) closed by a cover (2) sealed to the container and partially detachable therefrom. It contains volcanic sand to which a disinfectant product has been added. It is usable as a box for the excrements of small domestic animals, particularly cats. It is intended to be thrown away together with the dirty sand.
