PURPOSE:To enable to improve the positioning accuracy between pressed parts and resin molded parts and to prevent the pressed parts from deforming during conveying them by a structure wherein a pair of guide rails for feeding hoop material is employed on a movable retainer plate. CONSTITUTION:Guide rails 14 for supporting hoop material having a vertical pair of two backward and forward rows of transfer channels 14a located onto a movable retainer plate 11 having a cavity part 11a for molded part with a space is supported movably to and from between the molding position and the transfer position through vertical pair and a horizontal pair of connecting rods 13 by ejector plates 12. In addition, a sliding plate 15 having a cavity part 15a for molded part is held vertically slidably in such a manner that the cavity part 15a is fitted in the elongated hole 14c of the guide rail 14 when the sliding plate 15 is lowered down to the molding position. A cavity, in which the contact piece 7 of the hoop material 6 is inserted, is formed by the cavity part 11a, a cavity part 14b, the cavity part 15a and the cavity part for molded part in a cavity block retainer plate. Further, the hoop material 6 is positioned by fitting pins protruded from a cavity side part into holes 14d provided on both the upper and lower rails of the guide rails 14 and into holes 6a bored on the hoop material 6. |
