PURPOSE:To miniaturize a low NOx burner, minimize a squeaky noise of the burner and secure an air-tight of the burner case cover, the metal net and the burner frame by a method wherein a caulking are applied to the flange unit of almost U-shaped type, through the packing together with the metal net and the burner frame in laminat ed, further, a spot welding are applied to the metal net and the burner frame. CONSTITUTION:A gas, blowing off from a nozzle 26, sucks air nearby through a damper 28 by the ejector effect of a throat unit 27, is mixed the a primary air. Temperature distribution and gas concentration of the mixture gas in the flame hole surface are uniformalized by a baffle 30. In this case, the caulking are applied to the burner case 21, the flame hole metal screen 22, the burner frame 23 and the flame hole plate 24 through the packing 25, so as to minimize metal to metal contacts and prevent the burner from generating a squeaky noise in a heating and cooling times. In midway of the burner frame 23 a difference in level, corresponding to the thickness of the metal screen, is provided, where the spot welding is applied to the flame hole metal screen 22 and the burner case cover 24 so as to make the flame hole metal screen (u). This screen (u) and the burner frame are spot-welded at a position near by (l), a difference in level, thereby securing air tight. Further, the burner case is selected as almost U-shape, dividing cylindrical type, thereby the burner is miniaturized. |
