PURPOSE:To adhere moisture absorbent to the base material of the heat exchanging element strongly and obtain the full heat exchanger prominent in the corrosion-proofing property of the base material by a method wherein a synthetic resin film is formed on the base material of the heat exchanging element and, thereafter, inorganic moisture absorbent is added thereon with small amount of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:The base material 3 of the heat exchanging element is consisting of thin aluminum and the synthetic resin film (acrylic ester resin) 6 is formed thereon, further, a moisture absorbing layer consisting of silica-gel 7 and small amount of synthetic resin (acrylic ester resin) 8 is formed thereon. According to this constitution, the surface of the silica-gel 7 will never by covered by the synthetic resin 8, a latent heat exchanging efficiency, equivalent substantially to the case of the silica-gel 7 along, may be obtained and a high adhesive property may be obtained by the mutual effect of the synthetic resin film 7 and the synthetic resin 8 added into the silica-gel 7. |
