PURPOSE:To achieve reliable pumping function with slight additional heating by coupling a heating section made of such material as having high thermal conductivity between a pair of tubes made of such material as having low thermal conductivity while arranging a check valve at the end of respective tube and a sucking section in the tube. CONSTITUTION:When driving a pump, liquid is first filled in the pump. Here foam N will remain at the tip of a recess P in the heating section B made of high thermal conductivity material coupled between a pair of tubes G1, G2 made of low thermal conductivity material. Upon heating of said section B, the liquid covering said foam N is heated to grow the foam N. Consequently, the check valve CV2 is opened by the pressure in the pump while the check valve CV1 is closed and the liquid of such volume as corresponding with the growth of the foam N is pressure fed through said valve CV2 to the outside. Then the foam will start contraction to close the valve CV2 while to open the valve CV1 to flow in the liquid from the outside through the valve CV1. |
