PURPOSE:To arbitrarily set an intermediate opening of a valve body with saving of power consumption by providing an electric control circuit for controlling an electric input signal of an electric motor and an electric retainer according to an output signal of a valve opening sensor. CONSTITUTION:When an electric current is not applied, an open-and-close valve 4 is returned to its original position by force of a spring 8. Subsequently, an external input signal B for changing a valve opening is input to an electric control circuit 13 to be compared with an output signal of a valve opening sensor 9, and on supplying electric power to an electric motor 5, a valve body is driven, with the spring rolled up therein. When a valve opening signal A matches an external input signal B, first an electric current is applied to a solenoid 11 to keep the opening of the open-and-close valve 4, to intercept the supply of electric power to the electric motor 5. |
