摘要 PURPOSE:To move a mobile body at a fixed speed all the time by adjusting the driving pulse to be impressed on a linear motor so that the overshoot appearing at the start end of the stroke of the mobile body is always under the prescribed value with providing a feed-back system. CONSTITUTION:When a feed-back system starts its operation at the time T', a driving force appears with the correcting signal for the speed error (e) being inputted into a linear motor 7 and a mobile body is settled to a reference speed with varying its speed up and down of the reference speed. Now if the error (e) is big, it takes a longer time until the speed of the mobile body is settled to the prescribed value and the amplitude S in speed variation is made bigger as well. This overshoot S or the error (e) is detected and the height H or width of the driving pulse is automatically adjusted by the value thereof and the error (e) is made at least under the prescribed value. The mobile body can be thus moved at the prescribed speed all the time irrespective of the inclination of the setting of the device, the error in the adjustment, the time lapse variation of those, etc.
