PURPOSE:To measure the tip diameter of the cutter accurately without skillfulness by taking a measurement while aligning the track of the tip diameter of a cut drawn in a ''Mylar(R)'' sheet to an index entered a transparent plate. CONSTITUTION:The track of the tip diameter of the cut drawn on a ''Mylar(R)'' sheet is aligned to the index entered into the transparent late 3 and the tip diameter of the cutter is measured. Namely, the tip diameter 11a of the cutter of 2mm. is brought into contact with the ''Mylar(R)'' sheet 2 and rotated as shown by an arrow, thereby drawing a circular track 2a with transparency. This ''Mylar(R)'' sheet is slid on the transparent plate 3 by rotating handles 9 and 9'. Then, a size of 2mm. is given onto the transparent plate 3 and when the couple of parallel lines of the index 3a match with the diameter of the track 2a, the tip diameter 11a of the cutter 11 is finished to the specific size of 2mm.. Consequently, an accurate measurement is taken without skillfulness. |
