PURPOSE:To decrease the effect of a fault of a controller given on the plant operation by arranging a sub-loop controller to a control module of a plant equipment, a master controller to a high-order position and a supervisory controller to a further high-order position. CONSTITUTION:A plant is classified by taking notice on plant characteristics, arranging a drive control module DCM and a signal conditioning module SGM corresponding to a device 40 as the lowest-order control, arranging the sub-loop controller SLC corresponding to a small process to the high-order, arranging a master controller MC corresponding to a process/sub-process to the further high- order to attain control while taking mutual cooperation between the process and the sub-process. Then the control system is closed by providing a supervision controller SVC to the highest position. Thus, the redundancy due to multiplexing is eliminated and the effect of a fault of controller given on the plant operation is reduced to the utmost. |
