PURPOSE:To make it possible to feed a cutting tool automatically in accordance with the progress of cutting for the purpose of making the operationability of the captioned device excellent by constituting the device in such a way that a tool holder is moved by a feed screw rotated by the rotation of a rotary frame through a sun gear and a planet gear. CONSTITUTION:The maintenance device for the ring joint bearing surface or the like of the flange is constituted in such a way that a rotary frame 4 equipped with a tool post 3 is so attached to a fixed frame 2 provided with a driving moto 1 with a reduction gear as to be rotated freely with the inverted gear 6 which is fixed to the rotary frame 4 engaged with the drive gear 5 of the motor 1. Then, in the state that the free rotation of a central shaft 61 is stopped with a latch 65, when the frame 4 is rotated relatively to the frame 2, a planet gear is rotated around a sun gear transmitting the rotation to a feed screw to rotate it and as a result, a tool holder moves relatively to the tool post 3. Thus, a cutting tool can be fed automatically and the excellent operationability can be obtained. |
