The handle is stagelessly adjustable, and locks around a knife blade (2) which is adjustable longitudinally. This permits the blade to be used in variable lengths, and rigidly stable at any length. The blade (2) can be stored wholly inside the handle (1), and removed for cleaning and sharpening. The handle is also fitted with a suspension device. |
