PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform highly accurate positioning in relation to an assembling machine and reduce the number of processes by providing a process to carry a conveying member on which a resin part is previously bound, to a predetermined position in an assembling machine and to begin to assemble parts at the same time as the parts have separated from the conveying member. CONSTITUTION:A conveying member 1 with a prescribed positioning means is sent into a metal mold 3 for resin forming, and positioned so as to arrive at a prescribed position in a cavity. After the metal mold 3 is shut to form a pair of resin parts 5 by an injection molding at a time, the metal mold 3 is opened to bind each of the resin parts on the prescribed position of the conveying member 1. In this case, the relation between positions of the resin parts is set up so that the assembly of the resin parts may be begun, requiring no process of positioning when the pair of the resin parts 5 has been arranged in an assembling machine 4. Resin gates are then cut to release unnecessary parts and one pair of the resin parts 5 bound on the conveying member 1 is carried with the conveying member 1 is carried with the conveying member 1 to a predetermined position in the assembling machine 4. After setting of the conveying member 1, runners are cut to separate the resin parts, and then their assembly is begun. |
