PURPOSE:To stabilize and improve the quality of a rolled product by making outer-diameter coercing rolls movable in both radial and circumferential directions. CONSTITUTION:After arranging two rolls 21, at both sides of plural outer-diameter coercing rolls 21, at the positions where an annular material 11 is finished into a desired diameter by rollig, the other rolls 21 are usually arranged so as to equally divide the outer circumference of material 11 between said both side rolls 21. The roll 21 is moved by moving a guide piece 19 along an arcuate groove 18 of a fixed frame 15 to the desired optimum position and is fixed to the frame 15. A holder 22 is moved along a groove 19b located in the radial direction of the piece 19 and is fixed to the piece 19 at the position where the roll 21, supported by bearings of the holder 22, comes into contact with the prescribed position of the outer circumference of material 11. Before or after that, the head of a stay bolt 24 is brought into contact with the outer circumferential wall 25 by adjusting it. By such constitution, rolled rejects are reduced and prodct quality is stabilized and improved by providing the required number of rolls 21 to the optimum positions of material 11. |
